Introduction

We are looking for a Nordic Speaking IT Helpdesk Representative to support users with IT-related issues in a fast-paced, international environment based in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support requests from end users

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely

• Provide guidance on systems, applications, and devices

• Log and track incidents according to procedures

Requirements

• Fluency in a Nordic language and English

• Previous IT helpdesk or technical support experience is an advantage

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Willingness to relocate to Greece

• EU passport or valid Greek work permit required
