Introduction

We are looking for a German-speaking Client Advisor (Web Solutions) to join an international web services team based in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will support business clients by advising them on digital and web-based solutions, helping them improve their online presence and achieve their goals.

Relocation is required. A full relocation package is provided, including flight tickets, hotel accommodation, and relocation assistance.

Only candidates with an EU passport or a valid work permit for Portugal can be considered.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor for German-speaking clients

• Provide guidance on web solutions and digital services

• Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or improvements

• Manage client communication via phone, email, and online tools

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

• Fluency in German (spoken and written)

• Good command of English

• Strong communication and advisory skills

• Interest in digital products and web technologies

• Previous experience in customer advisory, sales, or support is an advantage

• EU passport or valid Portuguese work permit (mandatory)
