Introduction
We are hiring a Dutch-Speaking Betting App Support Specialist to join a leading global sports betting platform team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, youll engage with users across multiple channels, providing excellent support on app usage, account issues, and general customer inquiries. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with customers and have an interest in sports and digital platforms.
Relocation is required for this role. A full relocation package is included, covering flight tickets, hotel accommodation, and relocation assistance.
Candidates must have an EU passport or a valid work permit for Portugal.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer support via inbound calls, live chat, email, and social media
- Assist users with account setup, login issues, payments, and navigation of the betting platform

Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary
- Deliver prompt and accurate solutions to ensure a smooth customer experience

Build rapport through empathetic and clear communication

Share customer insights with the team to improve processes
Requirements

Native-level Dutch (C2) and good English communication skills (B2+)

Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service
