Office-based role — Relocation required

Introduction

We are recruiting a German-speaking Banking Customer Advisor to support clients of a well-established international bank from Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will assist customers with daily banking inquiries while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service standards.

Relocation is required. A full relocation package is provided, including flight tickets, hotel accommodation, and relocation assistance.

We can proceed only with candidates who hold an EU passport or a valid work permit for Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with banking-related inquiries

• Assist with accounts, payments, cards, and general banking services

• Provide clear and compliant information in German

• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times

• Document interactions according to internal banking procedures

• Deliver a professional and customer-focused service experience

Requirements

• Fluency in German (spoken and written)

• Good level of English

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Customer service experience, ideally in finance or banking, is an advantage

• High attention to detail and compliance awareness

• EU passport or valid Portuguese work permit (mandatory)
