We are hiring a French Speaking Airline Customer Care Specialist to support passengers of a well-known airline. The role is based in Greece and includes a full relocation package.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations

  • Handle inquiries related to baggage, check-in, and travel policies

  • Support customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve issues efficiently and professionally

  • Ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements

  • Fluent French (C1/C2) and good English

  • Customer service experience is preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • EU passport or valid Greek work permit
