Introduction

We are seeking a friendly and professional Icelandic Speaking Customer Service Representative to join the customer care team of a leading global travel and accommodation platform in Spain. This is a full-time, on-site position, delivering exceptional service to Danish-speaking customers across Europe. Relocation to Spain is required, and a full relocation package is provided to support your move.

Responsibilities

As a Icelandic Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Provide outstanding customer support for travel bookings and accommodation enquiries

• Communicate with Icelandic-speaking customers via phone, email and chat

• Assist with reservation, modification and cancellation requests

• Resolve customer issues and answer questions about bookings and services

• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when required

• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems

• Achieve customer satisfaction targets and quality standards

• Follow company policies to deliver consistent and high-quality service

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Native or near-native Icelandic language skills (C1 level or higher)

• Good command of English (minimum B2 level – mandatory)

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality-related support

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Patience, empathy and professionalism when handling customer inquiries

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer support environment

• EU passport or valid work permit for Spain (mandatory)
