Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for German-speaking banking customers
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Provide accurate information regarding banking products, services, and transactions

- Accurately document customer interactions and process transaction requests

Requirements

Fluent German (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken

Good level of English (minimum communicative level required)

- Previous experience in banking, financial services, or customer care is an advantage
- Ability to work in the Szczecin, Poland hybrid model as required by the company
