In this role, you will be responsible for safeguarding the premises, monitoring security systems, and enforcing safety protocols to maintain a secure environment. Your Role

• Surveillance & Monitoring: Regularly monitor the premises and utilize advanced security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control, to detect and prevent potential threats.
• Access Control: Verify identities at entry points and enforce company security policies for all staff and visitors.
• Incident Response: Investigate security breaches, complaints, and incidents, responding swiftly and effectively to emergencies.
• Crisis Management: Execute evacuation procedures and crisis management protocols as required to ensure the safety of all personnel.
• Technical Oversight: Oversee the daily operation of security equipment and report any technical issues for immediate resolution.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed and accurate reports regarding suspicious activities, incidents, or security breaches.
• Compliance: Ensure full adherence to data protection regulations and maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

Your Requirements

• Languages: Fluent Serbian (C1) and proficient English (C1).
• Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in a security-related position.
• Certification: A relevant and valid security certification or license is mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Proven experience in operating and monitoring CCTV, alarm systems, and electronic access controls.
• Aptitude: Exceptional situational awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and team collaboration.
• Availability: Willingness to work in a rotational 12-hour shift pattern.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
