You will support a global mobility and car subscription service that operates in over 70 countries. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional and high-quality service experience across various reservation and billing topics.

Your Role * Customer Support: Assist customers via phone and email in a professional, service-oriented manner.

  • Subscription Management: Manage reservations, changes, and cancellations for car subscriptions.
  • Financial Queries: Handle billing and payment-related inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Service Information: Provide clear and relevant information regarding car subscription options and service modalities.
  • Data Management: Accurately collect and register customer information in internal systems for full traceability.
  • Brand Loyalty: Process incoming contact requests promptly to maintain customer trust and long-term loyalty.

Your Qualifications * Languages: Native or C2-level proficiency in French (spoken and written).

  • Communication: Strong communication skills with a customer-focused and empathetic mindset.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable working with digital tools, internal platforms, and managing data with high attention to detail.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a service-oriented role is an advantage.
  • Attributes: Reliable, organized, and capable of managing customer interactions independently.
