Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Assist German-speaking clients with account opening, identity verification (KYC), and the management of digital assets.
- Transaction Security: Monitor and resolve inquiries regarding international transfers, payment processing, and card security (blocking/unblocking).
- Technical Assistance: Support users with mobile banking app navigation, two-factor authentication (2FA), and digital wallet integrations.
- Compliance & Fraud Prevention: Identify and report suspicious activity while guiding customers through security protocols with professional precision.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve billing discrepancies and service-related concerns with a calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
Requirements
- Language: Native or C2-level German and professional proficiency in English.
- Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece).
- Professionalism: A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle sensitive financial data.
- Experience: Previous experience in banking, fintech, or insurance is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial terms clearly.
