We are seeking a reliable Dutch-speaking Roadside Assistance Specialist to join our international automotive support team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking drivers requiring urgent assistance across Europe. Responsibilities

• Emergency Coordination: Respond to incoming calls from Dutch-speaking drivers requiring roadside assistance, towing, or technical support.
• Logistics Management: Coordinate with local service providers, mechanics, and towing companies to ensure timely help for the customer.
• Technical Guidance: Provide initial troubleshooting for common automotive issues and manage car rental or alternative travel arrangements when necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, real-time logs of incidents and service progress using specialized automotive software.

Requirements

• Native or C2-level Dutch and professional proficiency in English.
• Mandatory: EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Residence permits from other EU countries are not sufficient for employment in Greece).
• A calm, professional, and empathetic communication style, especially in high-pressure situations.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to navigate complex geographical and logistical data.
