We are seeking a customer-focused and adaptable Solutions Consultant fluent in German and English to join a premier digital solutions provider in Sofia, Bulgaria. Supporting user operations for the world's largest search engine, you will provide non-technical troubleshooting, customer care, and guidance for everyday consumer applications (such as the Play Store, digital wallet services, family accounts, books, and movies). This role is ideal for an excellent communicator who enjoys resolving everyday software-use inquiries while maintaining a stellar customer satisfaction rate.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional, empathetic, and high-quality user support via phone, email, and live chat in both German and English.
  • Perform non-technical account troubleshooting, billing reviews, and app navigation assistance based on established knowledge databases.
  • Efficiently utilize advanced CRM platforms and ticketing structures to track and log consumer queries.
  • Resolve customer cases securely within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), striving for strong first-contact resolution metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to share best practices, update procedural documentation, and optimize overall support workflows.

Your Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent communication skills in both German and English (written and verbal).
  • Core Traits: Exceptional interpersonal skills, an active listening style, and the ability to explain complex app functions in simple, everyday terms.
  • Process-Driven: Comfort following structured workflows, troubleshooting step-by-step guides, and maintaining composure under high-volume pressure.
  • Technical Adaptability: Quick to learn new consumer tech platforms, internal software tools, and database updates.
  • Experience (Plus): Prior experience in customer support, retail consumer care, or digital helpdesks is an asset, though comprehensive training is fully provided.

Shifts & Working Hours

  • Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) operating on flexible rotational shifts.
  • Operational Shift Window: Monday to Sunday, scheduled between 09:00 and 22:00.
