Job Overview

We are seeking a relationship-driven and commercially minded Italian Speaking Account Manager to join a leading global customer experience provider in Sofia, Bulgaria. Supporting a specialized business revitalization project for a premier professional networking and digital marketing platform (LinkedIn Revive), your core mission will be to consultatively engage with former business clients. You will guide B2B accounts through reactivation pathways, design tailored marketing solutions, and identify growth opportunities to scale their digital advertising performance.

Location & Work Mode

  • City: Sofia
  • Country: Bulgaria
  • Work Mode: Hybrid (Structured with mandatory on-site office presence every Wednesday and Thursday, with the remaining days working remotely from home).

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to lapsed B2B corporate clients to manage their reactivation, platform onboarding, and renewed campaign engagement.
  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of business accounts, building long-term advisory relationships with marketing managers and corporate decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute structured territory growth plans to increase client investment in premium digital marketing and advertising solutions.
  • Interact with clients dynamically through structured phone calls, strategic email cadences, and face-to-face online consultation meetings.
  • Diagnose client business objectives to provide tailored, data-driven advertising campaign recommendations.
  • Meet and exceed defined monthly KPIs, revenue sales targets, and quarterly milestone goals.

Your Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent or native Italian (C1/C2 level) paired with good operational communication skills in English.
  • Core Competencies: Clear comprehension of sales funnels, pipeline management strategies, and customer retention techniques.
  • Professional Drive: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven corporate environment with strong organizational and self-motivation habits.
  • Technical & Domain Interest: A genuine interest or prior experience in digital marketing systems; proficiency across MS Office programs, with CRM tracking software experience considered a plus.
  • Experience: Proven foundational experience operating within a corporate sales, B2B account management, or premium customer service environment.

Shifts & Working Hours

  • Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 19:00. Enjoy a balanced corporate routine with weekends and evenings completely free.

Salary, Bonuses & Benefits

  • Salary Range: €1,600 – €1,750 Gross base per month (plus target-driven quarterly performance bonuses ranging from €1,450 – €1,600).
