Italian-Speaking Customer Support Specialist – Remote (Lisbon Region)

The Role
- Customer Care: Act as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, answering inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Problem Resolution: Assist users with product inquiries, order tracking, billing questions, cancellations, and basic account troubleshooting.
- Data Documentation: Accurately log, track, and update customer files and interaction details within the internal CRM platform.
- Service Excellence: Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Working Model & Location
- Location: Remote / Work From Home based in the Lisbon area (candidates must live within commuting distance for occasional on-site meetings or training updates).
- Equipment: A complete high-tech home office setup (including a laptop, monitor, headset, and secure corporate software) will be fully provided and shipped directly to your home.

Requirements
- Language Skills: Native or Near-Native Italian with a good professional command of English (B2) for training modules and internal systems.

- Home Setup: A quiet, dedicated workspace with a stable, high-speed fiber internet connection.
