Job Overview
We are seeking a commercially minded and strategic Spanish Speaking B2B Advertising Specialist to join a global digital sales and marketing solutions provider in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this business development role, you will manage both inbound and outbound business-to-business (B2B) account portfolios, connecting with corporate stakeholders across the Spanish-speaking market. Your objective will be to identify growth opportunities, build an active sales pipeline, and scale digital marketing partnerships within the technology and advertising sector.

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of omni-channel B2B interactions across phone, email, video conferencing, and professional digital networks.
- Engage directly with corporate decision-makers and key business stakeholders to analyze their marketing needs and identify advertising growth opportunities.
- Utilize advanced lead-generation databases and prospecting tools to map alternative corporate contacts and expand your active portfolio.
- Maintain complete visibility over a healthy sales pipeline, systematically tracking customer opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle.
- Document all client communications, outreach timelines, and strategic opportunities accurately inside the CRM platform (Salesforce).
- Qualify high-value enterprise accounts effectively before seamlessly transitioning them to the dedicated corporate onboarding business units.
Your Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Complete fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience operating within B2B corporate sales, business development, account management, or high-volume lead generation.
- Domain Expertise: Prior experience in the tech or digital advertising ecosystem is highly preferred, alongside a strong understanding of sales funnels and prospecting methodologies.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience working with Salesforce or similar advanced CRM platforms is required; foundational knowledge of digital marketing platforms is a major asset.
- Core Competencies: Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing commercial quotas autonomously in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Shifts & Working Hours
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00. Enjoy a stable corporate workflow with all weekends and major public holidays free.
Salary, Bonuses & Benefits
- Salary Range: €1,600 – €1,750 Gross base per month (plus target-driven quarterly performance bonuses ranging from €1,450 – €1,600).
