Introduction

Are you a motivated Dutch speaking Sales Development Representative looking to build your international career in sunny Spain? Responsibilities

As a Dutch Speaking Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Proactively researching, contacting, nurturing and qualifying new business leads

• Managing outbound and inbound sales activities via phone, email and social platforms

• Updating and maintaining accurate data in CRM systems

• Collaborating closely with sales specialists and internal teams to support account growth

• Providing feedback and insights to improve sales and marketing strategies

• Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Native or near-native Dutch language skills (C1 level or higher)

• Good command of English (minimum B2 level – mandatory)

• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, business development or a similar role

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Confident use of CRM systems and sales tools

• EU passport or a valid work permit for Spain (mandatory)
