Dutch Speaking Sales Account Manager – Based in Spain

Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dutch Speaking Sales Account Manager to join a dynamic international sales team in Spain. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on managing and growing customer accounts, building strong client relationships and driving business results. Relocation to Spain is required, and a full relocation package is included to ensure a smooth transition.

Responsibilities

As a Dutch Speaking Sales Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing relationships with existing Dutch-speaking clients
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Identifying opportunities to grow revenue through upselling and cross-selling of services and solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs
  • Maintaining accurate sales records and updating CRM systems

  • Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets and KPIs

  • Providing excellent customer service and proactive support throughout the sales process

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Native or near-native Dutch language skills (C1 level or higher)

  • Strong command of English (minimum B2 level – mandatory)

  • Proven experience in sales, account management or business development
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work in a target-driven and customer-focused environment

  • Experience using CRM systems and digital sales tools

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

  • EU passport or valid work permit for Spain (mandatory)
