Senior O2C Specialist – French Speaking

Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site – Relocation required)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist with excellent French language skills to join a dynamic finance team supporting O2C operations for medical diabetes devices. Based in Porto, Portugal, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate order processing, invoicing, and cash collection while delivering high-quality service to French-speaking stakeholders across the region.

Relocation support
Relocation to Portugal is required. A comprehensive relocation package is provided, including flight tickets, hotel accommodation, and full relocation assistance.

Only candidates with an EU passport or a valid Portuguese work permit will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full Order-to-Cash (O2C) process for diabetes medical device accounts

• Ensure accurate and timely order entry, billing, and revenue recognition

• Monitor accounts receivable and support collection activities when necessary

• Handle complex billing queries and resolve issues efficiently

• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Customer Service teams to improve operational efficiency

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and quality standards

• Coach and support junior team members, promoting best practices

Requirements

• Fluency in French (written and spoken)

• Good command of English

• Proven experience in Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, or Finance Operations

• Strong understanding of financial processes and ERP systems

• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work both independently and within a team

• Experience in medical devices or healthcare is a plus

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit is required
