MEP Engineer (Maintenance)

Job Purpose

To ensure efficient operation and maintenance of all MEP systems across group branches, while leading the in-house maintenance team and supporting technical assessments for facility improvements and renovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities across all branches
• Lead and manage the in-house maintenance team and technicians
• Monitor performance of equipment (Generators, Pumps, HVAC, Electrical Systems)
• Diagnose failures and reduce downtime
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors
• Conduct technical assessments of branches to identify renovation and upgrade requirements
• Support planning and execution of renovation and improvement projects
• Improve maintenance plans and system reliability.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans across all branches
• Lead daily maintenance operations and ensure proper task execution by the team
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate facility condition and identify renovation needs
• Prepare technical reports for required upgrades, modifications, and improvements
• Monitor equipment performance and efficiency
• Track and analyze breakdowns and recurring issues
• Manage spare parts and inventory across sites
• Coordinate with stakeholders during maintenance and renovation activities.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Strong hands-on maintenance background.
• Experience in leading technicians or small teams.
• Good knowledge of MEP systems.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
