About the job Parts Advisor
We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team. You will b responsible to assist customers in selecting and ordering automotive parts while providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding automotive parts and accessories.
- Identify and source parts using catalogs and inventory systems.
- Process orders and maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
- Collaborate with the Service Department to ensure timely parts availability.
- Maintain a neat and organized parts department.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an automotive parts or sales environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
