We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team. You will b responsible to assist customers in selecting and ordering automotive parts while providing exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding automotive parts and accessories.
  • Identify and source parts using catalogs and inventory systems.
  • Process orders and maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
  • Collaborate with the Service Department to ensure timely parts availability.
  • Maintain a neat and organized parts department.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an automotive parts or sales environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
