Logistics Specialist

You will be responsible to:

• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distrusters to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Plan and coordinate transportation logistics, including selecting carriers and negotiating freight rates.
• Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays or damage during transit.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation, including BL and customs paperwork and form 4 with financial department.
• Handle Emark certificates with GOEIC.

Qualifications:

• A bachelors degree in business administration or supply chain management.
• 3 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Excellent command of English.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Understanding of transportation, warehousing, and supply chain processes.
• Capability to address and resolve logistics challenges, such as delays or shortages.
• Understanding of transportation regulations.
