Warranty Head

The Warranty Head is responsible for managing and overseeing all warranty-related activities within the automotive company. This includes handling warranty claims, coordinating with dealerships and suppliers, analyzing warranty data, and implementing strategies to reduce warranty costs. The Head will also be responsible for processing and resolving warranty claims efficiently, coordinating with dealerships and suppliers, analyzing claim data to identify trends and root causes, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in warranty management in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and warranty processes.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
