Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Project Scheduler with experience supporting nuclear or engineering projects. In this role, you will develop and maintain detailed project schedules for on-line, outage, and long-term projects using Primavera and Passport. You will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate schedule delivery that supports safe and effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules (date, time, sequence) using Primavera and Passport.
  • Support scheduling needs for outage, online, life-cycle, and enterprise risk projects.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and assist with schedule adherence.
  • Coordinate daily, outage, and out-year schedules across departments.
  • Lead schedule review meetings and support post-work critiques.
  • Interface with Operations to identify tagging and critical path.
  • Support risk management planning and use relevant scheduling/reporting software.

Qualifications & Skills

MUST HAVE NUCLEAR PROJECT EXPERIENCE

Required Education and Experience

Candidates must meet one of the following qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related field from an accredited college or university AND one year of experience in a technical field.
  • Associates degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related technical curriculum from an accredited college or university AND three years of experience in a technical field.
  • High school diploma or GED AND five years of experience in a technical field.
  • PMP certification (required).

Required Abilities and Skills

Candidates must demonstrate the following:

  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera (P6) scheduling software.
  • Experience with Passport and schedule interface tools.
  • Knowledge of Crystal Reports, outage risk tools (e.g., Paragon), and SQL-based reporting.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and critical path analysis skills.

Desired Abilities and Skills

  • Primavera 106 training or 4+ years using Primavera.
  • Crystal Report writing or SQL-based query report experience.
  • Leadership in schedule development and review processes.
  • Familiarity with outage and on-line risk management software.
  • Experience leading schedule teams and post-outage critiques.
  • SRO License/Certification or work management experience in a nuclear environment.
