Web & SEO Specialist
Job Description:
This role is responsible for managing the content and activity on the KBZ Bank and KBZPay websites, as well as other web presence the Bank may have in
the future. Web & SEO Specialist will focus on optimising the content on the KBZ Bank and KBZPay website to ensure that it offers the best user
experience and to make sure that all web traffic data is used for analytics purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO / SEM
Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve
organic visibility.
Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and competitor analysis.
Manage and optimize paid search (SEM) campaigns across platforms like
Google Ads.
Monitor performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search
Console, and SEMrush.
Provide regular SEO and SEM performance reports with actionable
insights.
Website & Content Management
Maintain and update website content through CMS (e.g., WordPress,
Drupal).
Ensure content is SEO-optimized, up-to-date, and aligned with marketing
goals.
Work with internal teams to publish new pages, campaign assets, and
landing pages.
UI/UX Enhancement
Collaborate with designers and developers to improve website UI/UX.
Support A/B testing, heatmap analysis, and user journey optimizations.
Ensure mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser
compatibility.
Marketing Tags, Pixels & Tracking
Implement and manage tracking tags and pixels using Google Tag
Manager (GTM).
Set up and validate conversion tracking, event tracking, and custom
dimensions.
Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
Website Project Management
Lead or coordinate website-related projects including redesigns,
migrations, or new feature rollouts.
Manage timelines, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure projects are
delivered on time and to spec.
Maintain documentation of website processes, tags, and configurations.
Train the digital marketing team on basic web project processes, tracking
setup, and SEO/UX best practices.
Job Requirement
Degree in Marketing, Communications, IT or other relevant subject.
Further study in digital marketing, web analytics or content development preferred
Fluency in Myanmar and English.
Must be able to type in Burmese.
23 years of experience in SEO, web management, or digital marketing.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and major
SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Experience with CMS platforms and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaS cript.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user behavior analytics.
Ability to manage cross-functional projects and
communicate with technical and non-technical teams.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and aself-starter with a passion for digital growth.
