Senior Middleware Administrator
Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing software systems in a company, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Administrative duties include managing the applications, performing installations and upgrades, setting-up systems, troubleshooting issues, and developing strategies to maintain the security and safety of data. And also responsible to conduct regular maintenance checks, executing repairs as needed. Furthermore, as a Middleware administrator, it is essential to maintain an active communication line with different teams, all while implementing the company's policies and regulations.
- Provides consultation and technical solutions to management on complex systems integration, complex distributed java applications, compatibility, expandability, ease of use, and multiple platform issues as they relate to middleware.
- Managing Core Banking System Middleware application services .
- Preparation and execution of Middleware-based operations production procedures.
- Review operating key performance indicators of middleware operations resources utilization and performance.
- Establish and maintain appropriate control systems and documentations for the validation of data flows.
- Plan and direct optimized middleware-based applications and associated staff to meet company objectives. Include application JAVA deep level analysis and report to the developers to do the needful changes.
- Oversee and manage Middleware products such as Weblogic, JBoss
- Experienced in managing containers such as Kubernetes

Skills
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Certifications or Degree
- Minimum 5+ years experience as Middleware Administrator
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- A team player with excellent communication skills
