• Provide overall supervision for the banks IT procurement function, including but not limited to the process of sourcing, evaluating and assessing vendors, negotiating terms of purchase, finalizing the purchase contract and the subsequent general managing of the vendor, etc.
• Set IT Procurement Departments vision and objectives, define roles and responsibilities, and perform periodic assessment of the departments capabilities in delivering its services, taking into consideration the banks business growth, market conditions, regulatory changes and regulatory expectations.
• Oversee development of the banks IT Procurement Policies, covering areas such as categorization of products and services, procurement process, approved vendor list, tender process, etc.
• Manage IT Procurement team to implement non-strategic & strategic sourcing and vendor relationship strategies for all Technology asset acquisitions (Hardware and software) and contract.
• Build robust working relationships with business owner in order to create alignment concerning sourcing strategies and procurement process for products & services in order to identify business needs and to ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Oversee implementation of operational procedures to ensure the banks compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and the banks policies, operating guidelines, processes and procedures.
• Source, deploy and manage procurement system that is able to track the various stages of the procurement cycle, automate key processes and produces analytical management reports.
• Lead transformation activities to develop and continually upgrade IT procurement capabilities, in collaborate with business/product partners and ITD, and leveraging on digital technologies and automated solutions where feasible.
• Analysis of IT procurement data (e.g., actual spending against budget by VC/Function, etc.) to identify potential areas of cost savings for the bank.
• Responsible for contract interpretation and first line of dispute resolution on IT agreements, contract change control, & record keeping.
• Implement a supplier segmentation program that differentiates the sourcing/management model for different supply categories and suppliers
• Develop multi-year sourcing pipelines that drive total value, including cost savings and supplier innovation for KBZ BANK

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree, IT, Finance, or Business or MBA preferred
• Minimum 5 years of combined sourcing / procurement / Technology experience and/or functional experience in the assigned category
• 3+ years in vendor management experience in Software and Application Development sourcing, Technology Sourcing Managed Services,
• Preferred Skills: Strong Analytical Skills - Strong Written Skills - Strong Leadership Skills
