- Assist the Line Manager in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines.
- Help monitor the project schedule, ensuring timelines are maintained and updates are communicated to stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to the Line Manager, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate with project team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, to ensure that project requirements are met.
- Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and deliverables.
- Support the Line Manager in ensuring project adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the project management team.
- Assist that the project complies with relevant regulations, standards, and policies.
- Provide project updates and reports to Reporting Manager
Job requirement
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related field.
- At least (1) year of experience in project related work
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to foster strong working relationships with Merchants , stakeholders, and team members
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English (Written and verbal)
