Strategy Manager
Job Description:
The role holder will have to drive the strategy and design/develop the whole Wealth segment benefit and privileges program, the lending offers, identify and set up dedicated lounge/centers for PB customers. Will need to work closely with team members to understand customer profiles, segments and build the benefits program to suit the lifestyle of the customers. Will work closely with teams from Marketing to identify and source suitable benefits for the customers for special occasions etc.
1. STRATEGY - Review and manage the strategy in line with developments in markets, competition, customer expectation and aspirations. Work closely with Head of Department to define the short, medium, long-term strategy for the business and ensure its implementation working with the team and all other stakeholders.
2. PRODUCT STRATEGY - Work closely with Head of Department on roadmap and work with Product head for development of the proposition.
3. PRIVILEGES PROGRAM - Develop a bouquet of Direct tie-ups of services across privileges, benefits and lending product offers. Do a cost benefit analysis to arrive at the right service for the customers.
4. CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS - Customer newsletter and all other communications.
5. MARKETING MATERIAL - work closely with marketing to ensure all the required branded marketing material is always in stock across channels.
6. MARKET RESEARCH - Work with product teams for any research requirements and work with Marketing team for briefing, execution etc.
7. EVENTS - Ideate and plan events calendar with teams and work on budgets, approvals, promotions etc.
8. COMPETITOR MAPPING Review - what the market is offering and ensure the privileges offered are superior in addition to the offers from Debit/Credit cards.
9. RELATIONSHIPS - Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential merchants, service providers in order to get the best benefits. Work across Departments to build the relationships.
10. DELIVERY - Ensure that all the services are provided seamlessly at all times and are best in market.
11. MIS - Develop robust MIS to track usage and impact of all privileges/services.
12. QUALITY - Ensure all the product and services are of the highest quality.
13. PARTNERSHIPS - Build partnerships with providers for exclusive services and benefits.
