Procurement Assistant

 Job Description:

  • Responsible for materials and services sourcing.
  • Performing research to identify potential suppliers and send the Request for Quotation.
  • Communicating with customers about order status, answering questions about products and services, and resolving issues.
  • Evaluate offers from vendors, negotiate better prices and payment terms.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of purchased goods and services.
  • To collect delivery order (DO) and invoice from supplier after delivery.
  • To create PR/PO using DocuSign and submit Non-PO using Flowstax software.
  • Maintain a proper procurement filing system, ensuring that appropriate documentation is included in each procurement file.
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations regarding purchasing procedures and best practices.
  • Coordinating with other departments within a company for the purchase of materials or service.
  • Collect any necessary items from the warehouse as required.
  • Any other relevant duties as may be assigned.
