Business Development Officer(Worker Remittance)
Job Description:
To drive the transaction and volume growth and penetration of the international remittance product by implementing strategic initiatives, conducting regular data reporting, promoting the product through marketing communications, and managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement strategies to expand product reach and drive transaction volume growth.
- Identify market opportunities and execute targeted plans, promotion and campaign to penetrate key customer segments.
- Regularly monitor and report on product performance.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations using Excel and BI tools.
- Collaborate with Marcomms team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
- Support awareness-building initiatives through digital and offline channels.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with MTO partners.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Legal & Compliance, Finance, etc.) to ensure smooth functioning.
- Monitor competitive landscape and customer needs to provide input for product enhancement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in international remittance or product management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of handling data reporting and analysis.
- Strong English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
- Willing to travel domestically as required.
