Assistant Project Manager

Job Description 

  • Identify and initiate opportunities with new clients, and manage existing clients on a project-by-project basis.
  • Searching approach, and initiate new B2B client relationships, while managing existing clients on a project-by-project basis.
  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Achieve KPI targets related to client transactions and revenue generation.
  • Plan and project resources efficiently timely delivery support to the Project Manager
  • Handle and resolve client disbursement issues, coordinating internally to ensure timely settlements and maintaining client trust.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on disbursement issues, resolutions, and status updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve client complaints, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Create and present progress reports, problem-resolution plans, and status updates to stakeholders.

Job Requirement 

  • Bachelors degree required/MBA Degree Preferred
  • Minimum experience of at least 2 or 3 years in Sale and Marketing and project roles
  • Advance Excel Certification is required
  • Sale & Marketing Certification is required
  • Language skill (English)
