· Responsible to manage distribution channel of the respective area, Projects, and Agent Network Development as well as distributor management to drive in order to achieve setting KPIs and exceed revenue targets.
· To collect market information and do periodical report to RSH
· Follow 80/20 Agent Performance Rules at all times
· Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement.
· Make a permanent journal plan (route plan) / Monitor, Check and Track TSE Daily Route Plan
· Ensure the achievement of its work plan built according to the companys procedure
· Implement the companys strategies in responsible sales territory
· Supervise SAs business operating in the assigned area-sales and distribution activities, Super Agents profit & loss, ROI, etc.
· Supervise and manage the activities of SA sale team
· Provide training/coaching to SA sale team
· Develop monthly sales plan from the quota set for the sales territory and identify ways to achieve the targets
· Build relationship with SA and Top 20 Agents from each township
· Coordinate with Regional Sales Head to enhance sales performance
· Handle complaints & problem
· 80% of working times in market and 20% for desk jobs
Make sure to hit KPI by every TSE (Visit, Calls, FI agent, DRI agent, Cash Out Grantee Agent, New ACQ) as per business requirement
Job Specification (Job Requirements)
- Any Graduate or Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related field
- 5+ Years of experience in Sales of relevant industry, with at least 2 years of sales management/supervisory experience.
- Solid knowledge of MFS industry and sales principles
- Proficient in negotiation and have clear communication skills.
- Proven sales skills, with sales training and development experience.
- Good computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Able to travel and work under flexible working hours
