Treasury Operations Officer
Job Description:
The role holder will be responsible for the smooth execution of routine Treasury related transactions on a day-to-day operation and for ensuring high levels of accuracy. The role holder is also responsible for supporting the banks strategies and initiatives to provide an effective and engaging digital customer onboarding experience, expand the agent and merchant networks, and drive the usage of mobile and digital applications, in order to achieve economic and social development in Myanmar through nation-wide financial inclusion.
- Supervising of Foreign Exchange, Money Market and Fixed Income settlements in Core Banking System.
- Checking and validating SWIFT messages for Foreign Exchange and Money Market Transactions.
- Performing as first level checker for Treasury related transactions (Core Banking, CBM Net, SWIFT Alliance).
- Ensuring the data entries and settlements with high accuracy
- Checking and reconciliations of Operational settlements and transactions.
- Retrieving data from reports and preparing CBM reports via FxDis & FEMS (Reporting Systems)
- Communicating with different departments for report consolidations and centralization.
- Collaborating with IT team for new product development and process improvement.
- Assisting Treasury Operations Manager with operational efficiency improvement.
- Performing multitask under pressure in the give time frame.
- Carrying out any other duties or special project assigned by supervisor or management
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good communication skill
- Adaptable and willing to learn
- Good knowledge of Treasury Products, SWIFT and Regulatory Reporting
- Candidates with experience in related fields are preferrable
