Talent Strategy Manager

 Job Description:

The role holder is accountable for the design and implementation of distinctive and value-creating agendas to oversee and drive Talent Acquisition (TA) projects, process improvements, internal and external talent pool development, and talent development programs. The role aims to establish a strong employer brand, implement effective recruitment marketing strategies, and enhance the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), candidate experience, and employee engagement to position the organization as an employer of choice. And also responsible for designing, implementing, and managing initiatives that promote employee growth, skill development, and career progression. This role focuses on fostering a high-performance culture, enhancing employee engagement, and aligning workforce capabilities with organizational goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent and enhance the company's image as an employer of choice.
  • Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to align employer branding with corporate branding and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Create and manage compelling content (text, video, visuals) for career pages, social media platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Viber), and internal apps (e.g., KBZPay mini app).
  • Plan and implement recruitment marketing campaigns, including employee testimonials, success stories, and targeted digital campaigns.
  • Develop and refine the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) based on internal feedback, market trends, and strategic goals.
  • Drive diversity-focused sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns to attract a wide and inclusive talent pool.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and talent data to evaluate branding effectiveness and continuously optimize strategies.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to enhance the candidate experience from attraction to onboarding.
  • Design and execute talent development initiatives like internship programs and Management Associate Programs (MAP).
  • Lead employer branding presence at events, such as job fairs, campus hiring, and both virtual and in-person recruitment events.
  • Gather and share authentic employee stories to promote internal culture, growth opportunities, and career progression.
  • Support succession planning and leadership programs by working with business leaders to identify key roles and future talent needs.

JOB SPECIFICATION

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Organization Development or related HR roles, with a proven ability to lead TA projects, build talent pipelines, and execute branding initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;a Masters degree is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills with excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Myanmar.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment marketing platforms, and virtual onboarding systems; experience with ATS implementation and talent pool development is advantageous.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics, generate insights, and make informed decisions to optimize employer branding and recruitment strategies.
