Responsible to support Senior Asset Management Manager in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• စာချုပ်စာတမ်းများအတွက် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Business Units/Function ဘဏ်ခွဲများနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
• ပိုင်ဆိုင်မှု စာချုပ်စာတမ်းများ စစ်ဆေးခြင်းနှင့် မြေပြင်ကွင်းဆင်းဆောင်ရွက်ပြီး တွေ့ရှိချက်များကို တင်ပြရမည်။
• ပြင်ပဈေးကွက်ထဲရှိ Real Estate များနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
• ရုံးခွဲမှ တစ်ဆင့် လိုအပ်သည့် စာရွက်စာတမ်းများကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဌာန၊ အစိုးရရုံးများသို့ ပို့ဆောင်ပေးရမည်။
• စာချုပ်စာတမ်း/ စာရွက်စာတမ်း ကိစ္စများကို သေချာထိန်းသိမ်း စီမံပေးရမည်။
• လုပ်ငန်းလိုအပ်ချက်အရ အခါအားလျော်စွာ ပေးအပ်သော တာဝန်များကို ကျေပွန်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
• ဌာန၏ ရည်မှန်းချက်များ ပြည့်မီစေရန် လုပ်ဖော်ကိုင်ဖက်များနှင့်အတူ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။

Job Requirements

• လက်ရှိ ဘဏ်ခွဲ/ရုံးချုပ်ဌာနတွင် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်နေသူဖြစ်ပြီး အနည်းဆုံး (၂) နှစ် လုပ်ငန်း အ‌ေတွအြကုံရှိရမည် (သို့) ပြင်ပ ကုမ္ပဏီ/ရုံးလုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၃) နှစ် ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point, Business Email) ကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာ အသုံးြပုနိုင်ရမည်။

• မြန်မာစာ၊ အင်္ဂလိပ်စာ အ‌ေရး၊ အဖတ် လုပ်‌‌‌‌‌ေဆာင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• သွက်လက်ပြီး လူမှုဆက်ဆံရေကာင်းမွန်သူ၊ အထက်‌ေအာက်ေလးစားစွာဆက်ဆံနိုင်သူ၊ စိတ်ရှည်သည်းခံနိုင်သူ၊ Work pressure ခံနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• အစိုရုံးဌာနများသို့ ဝင်ထွက်သွားလာနိုင်ပီးလုပ်ငန်းအချက်အလက်များကိုယုံကြည်စွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• ဆောက်လုပ်‌ရေး၊ အိမ်ခြံမြေလုပ်ငန်းနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သော စိတ်ဝင်စားသူ/ အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• လုပ်ငန်းလိုအပ်ချက်အရ ညအိပ် ခရီးသွားနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
