Med Surg RN's-Registered Nurses needed-Oklahoma

Permanent RN- Day and/or Night Shifts

We are seeking experienced Med Surg RN's-Registered Nurses to join our team in Lawton, OK. As a Med Surg RN, you will provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in a hospital setting. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

- Monitor and record patient's vital signs and medical history

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide the best possible care for patients

- Educate patients and their families on their condition and treatment plan

- Ensure patient's safety and comfort at all times

- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures

- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of patient care

Requirements:

- Active RN license in the state of Oklahoma

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Med Surg nursing

- BLS and ACLS certifications

- BSN preferred

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
