HVAC Service Technician (313A &; G2 Licensed)

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician with a 313A Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic license and a G2 (or G1) Gas Fitter license to join our growing team.

This is a full-time, year-round role focused on commercial service and maintenance with no seasonal layoffs.

You'll be out on the road servicing clients across the GTA, with only occasional trips to the shop for parts and supplies. This is an opportunity to build your career in a stable, growth-oriented company that values skill, loyalty, and work-life balance.

What You'll Do

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC & refrigeration systems (rooftop units, chillers, cooling towers, refrigeration)
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure reliability and extend equipment lifespan
• Diagnose and repair compressors, condensers, pumps, valves, piping, motors, and controls
• Install and retrofit heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems
• Mentor apprentices, enforce safe work practices, and uphold professional standards
• Communicate clearly with clients, providing updates and guidance

What You Bring

• 313A Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic license
• Gas Fitter 2 license (G1 also considered)
• ODP certification
• Valid G driver's license with a clean abstract
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC/R service experience (commercial/industrial focus)
• Strong troubleshooting ability and a professional, customer-first mindset
