Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

Key Responsibilities

• Support Conduct automation feasibilities and assessments for automation opportunities
• Manage RPA Project sprints and assigned development activities.
• Establish partnership with Business teams to setup their business process automation programs
• Manage security framework for automations, maintaining best in class industry standards
• Assist business partners in ROI Calculations and providing them alternative technology solutions.
• Adhere to the automation governance model and Validation standards.
• Increase customer satisfaction by taking ownership of reported issues to drive resolution
• Report progress, risk and issues for the projects to Automation leads
• Provide leadership in all activities related to building strong automation communities and culture of automation.


Skill Set
• Solid project implementation experience for innovation or automation projects
• Ability for problem-solving and multi-tasking in a DevOps Model
• Experience with Agile Framework and JIRA
• Strong appetite for emerging automation technologies and trends
• Knowledge of Agile tools (like Jira)
• Good Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
• Strong passion to learn technologies, framework, and strategies required to manage IT operations in a global organization.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow System to facilitate Incident/Service Request and Change Management
• Good in risk and issue management
• Ability to support and handle business critical issues.
• Good Communication skills in English and Spanish, a Portuguese is a plus.
• Nice to have Knowledge of quality tool, HPALM for Defect/Deployment Test Case Management
