We are looking for highly organized and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as eCommerce Operations Analysts. This position is key to ensuring the proper functioning of our digital platforms and supporting the continuous operation of commercial campaigns and promotions.

As part of an international team, you will have constant contact with other business areas, as well as with technical teams located in other countries, so advanced English proficiency is required.

• Location: Corporate Office in Polanco (100% on-site).
• Work Mode: On-site.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 am a 18:00 pm)

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree (in administrative areas or related fields) or equivalent experience.
• Advanced English (B2-C1 level).
• 1 year of experience in eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Mercado Libre).
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, functions, filters).

Main Responsibilities:

• Verify, test, and validate promotions on the eCommerce platform to ensure their proper execution and avoid technical errors.
• Report incidents or technical requirements to the support team located in Brazil.
• Follow up on operational requests via chat, email, or phone calls.
• Collaborate with the commercial team for filling out, reviewing, and updating operational formats related to promotions and products.
• Ensure the continuity and operational stability of digital sales platforms.
