Project Manager eCommerce
Location: Mexico City.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am – 6:30 pm / Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire lifecycle of e-commerce projects, from conception and planning to execution and launch.
- Define the scope, objectives, deliverables, and deadlines for projects. Create and maintain detailed schedules and work plans.
- Coordinate and motivate internal and external teams, assigning tasks and ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Act as the central point of communication between all stakeholders, providing regular status updates on project progress to senior management and relevant teams.
- Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and obstacles that could affect the success of the project.
- Use data and metrics to evaluate project performance and seek opportunities for continuous improvement. Ensure that the solutions implemented improve efficiency.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
-+3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the e-commerce or technology sector.
-Solid knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
-Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
-Results-oriented, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
-Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
-Project management certifications (PMP, CSM, etc.) are a plus.
