Purchase Support Specialist


Location: Zona norte de la ciudad de Queretaro por centro comercial Uptown

We are looking for a Purchase support specialist responsible on the purchase requisition, orders, documentation, and support for suppliers to get involved with the company. It is important to have a proactive mindset and have proficiency with Excel and reporting tools.


Responsabilities:

-Create and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders, ensuring spending is efficient and remains within budget.

Monitor and track purchase order workflows to facilitate timely approvals and issuance.

-Analyze expense and spend data regularly to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and ensure expenses stay below budget limits.

-Maintain accurate documentation and records for all purchasing activities, including orders, contracts, and invoices.

-Reconcile invoices against purchase orders and agreements, promptly resolving discrepancies to ensure compliance and cost control.

-Generate periodic financial and expense reports to track purchase order status and support informed decision-making.

-Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure purchasing activities align with company policies and budget objectives.

-Recommend process improvements and cost-control measures based on data analysis to maximize efficiency and savings.



Requirements:

-Bachelors degree in Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.

-2-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, finance, or related support functions.

-Solid understanding of purchase order management, supplier onboarding, and contract administration.

-Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools; Preferable experience using Smartsheet.

-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, especially in data reconciliation and financial reviews.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish); able to interact professionally with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

-Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

-Demonstrated commitment to process improvement and a proactive problem-solving attitude.

-Reliable team player with administrative and organizational strengths.

Schedule:

    • On site - Monday to Friday from 8:00am - 17:00pm
