Food and Beverage Manager

Location: Texcoco, State of Mexico (100% on-site, Mon–Fri 9:00 am–6:00 pm)


Are you an experienced Food and beverage manager looking to make an impact in a multicultural, innovative technological environment? Join our dynamic team at a leading agricultural technology organization in Texcoco and oversee all our food and beverage operations!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all food and beverage outlets and services, including Cafeteria, Dining Hall, Catering, Food Truck, Grocery Store, and Vending Machines.
  • Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and ensure revenue growth and profitability.
  • Develop and regularly update the Food and Beverage product and service catalog.
  • Lead menu planning, nutritional information strategy, and communication materials.
  • Control inventories and fixed assets for all Food and beverage operations.
  • Coordinate staff uniforms, equipment, and materials.
  • Guarantee compliance with hygiene and safety certifications (including Distintivo H).
  • Analyze customer satisfaction surveys and complaints to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase Food and beverage revenue and customer engagement.

    • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience managing food and beverage operations, including multi-outlet environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of international cuisine, food service protocols, and Distintivo H.
  • Advanced Conversational English (C1 required).
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Outstanding negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
