The Role:

  • Take charge of finance transformation initiatives, including finance function reviews, process enhancements, people and technology assessments, system analysis, improvement implementations, and P2P (Procure-to-Pay) implementations. Previous experience in managing large-scale finance transformation projects is a valuable asset.
  • Assist clients in developing their strategic financial goals. This involves financial modelling, forecasting, feasibility study assessments, cost-benefit analysis, multi-criteria analysis, and conducting industry/sectoral reviews and analysis.
  • Lead and participate in operational excellence projects, which may include business process re-engineering (knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and PRINCE II qualifications is advantageous), governance reviews, and organisational structure assessments. Additionally, contribute to the development and delivery of Target Operating Models (TOM) and financial sustainability and transformation efforts.
  • Provide clients with financial analysis, act as a financial business partner, and deliver services such as financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and preparation of board presentations.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end projects and programs, offering expertise in business transformation, change management, and stakeholder management to ensure successful project delivery.

The Person:

  • Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA
  • Previous experience working within a similar role is required
  • Strong process improvement and project management experience required
  • Strong experience in finance transformation projects is a huge advantage
