You will play a vital role in a busy finance team, supporting various financial operations and gaining valuable experience working  alongside experienced professionals as you progress towards your accounting qualification.



The Role:

  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
  • General Ledger Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts.
  • Expense Management: Monitor and reconcile expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Audit Support: Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
  • Vendor Relationships: Interact with financial vendors and assist in managing relationships.
  • Financial Software: Utilise financial software and systems effectively.

The Person:

  • Currently pursuing an accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Enthusiasm for the luxury hospitality industry and a commitment to professional growth
