Project Scheduler

We are working with a leading international organisation who are rapidly expanding due to growth and are now looking to hire a Project Scheduler on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Scheduler to join an innovative and client focused organisation and work on various ongoing projects.

The Role

  • Ensure delivery of projects as planned, within budget and meets business objectives
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients
  • Develop and maintain project schedules
  • Establish budgets and monitor costs
  • Collaborate with client and project team to manage the delivery of project deliverables
  • Prepare project summary reports and highlight any issues or risks
  • Support the planning of future projects and phases of work
  • Facilitate and maintain the ongoing management of the project plan
  • Create and report multiple contract schedule updates within specified deadlines
  • Provide regular updates on schedule progress
  • Contribute to and produce relevant planning and scheduling documentation

The Person

  • 5+ years scheduling experience
  • Degree in construction, project management or engineering
  • Excellent understanding of the project delivery process
  • Strong analytical & IT skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, Excel and Power BI
