Project Scheduler
We are working with a leading international organisation who are rapidly expanding due to growth and are now looking to hire a Project Scheduler on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Scheduler to join an innovative and client focused organisation and work on various ongoing projects.
The Role
- Ensure delivery of projects as planned, within budget and meets business objectives
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Establish budgets and monitor costs
- Collaborate with client and project team to manage the delivery of project deliverables
- Prepare project summary reports and highlight any issues or risks
- Support the planning of future projects and phases of work
- Facilitate and maintain the ongoing management of the project plan
- Create and report multiple contract schedule updates within specified deadlines
- Provide regular updates on schedule progress
- Contribute to and produce relevant planning and scheduling documentation
The Person
- 5+ years scheduling experience
- Degree in construction, project management or engineering
- Excellent understanding of the project delivery process
- Strong analytical & IT skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, Excel and Power BI
