The job.

Role Purpose: The primary purpose of the Field Sales Door to Door Agent is to secure the company's growth through selling internet service and associated products to individuals, Micro SME businesses, and Communities.


Main Responsibilities: The Field Sales Door to Door Agent is responsible for contributing to the wider teams objectives and delivering their individual sales target, this will include upselling to higher sales packages, selling value added sales and being the face for the company brand.


Background/Activity

While duties and responsibilities will vary, they typically include:


  • A solid background in sales, ideally door to door from either a telecoms or utilities company however all relevant sales experience will be considered.
  • You will be comfortable interacting with our potential customers in a field sales focused role, able to adapt your approach to ensure a high level of sales conversion.
  • You will be confident in handling objections and be tenacious.
  • You will be driven and ambitious, striving to exceed your targets and goals.
  • Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
  • Manage your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
  • Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.

Proven track record of hitting targets
Presenting and talking to groups and potential customers
Demonstrable experience of Door to Door selling or field sales selling
Experience of sales performance culture

1 years sales experience

Qualifications:

Driving license essential
Good level of education

Circumstances:

This role will involve travelling throughout Cornwall
Performance against profitable revenue targets,
Interaction with all types of customers
Work with others to achieve Team targets and goals

Package Details

£27000 basic salary plus commission on target earnings are £39000 and there is a car allowance of £4000 per annum.
