The Role

Were looking for a Delivery Lead to join Key Services, leading product delivery for some of the most exciting early-stage startups in Silicon Valley.

Youll play a hands-on role guiding cross-functional pods of engineers, designers, and QA to build products from 0 1 and scale them to market.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environmentsbalancing delivery management, agile execution, and client collaboration. Youll work directly with startup founders, helping translate product vision into shipped features and scalable systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Delivery & Project Management

• Own end-to-end delivery for 23 client products in active build phases (from MVP to scale-up).
• Define and manage scope, timelines, and delivery milestones across agile sprints.
• Act as the main point of contact for clientsrunning weekly check-ins, progress updates, and demos.
• Track delivery metrics (velocity, quality, bugs, sprint goals) and proactively manage risks or blockers.
• Ensure smooth handoffs between design, engineering, QA, and DevOps, with clear accountability.

2. Agile & Scrum Leadership

• Serve as Scrum Master for product podsfacilitating sprint ceremonies, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Maintain healthy sprint cadences to ensure backlog clarity and sprint goal alignment.
• Coach teams on agile best practices and continuous improvement.

3. Team & Operations Enablement

• Collaborate with leadership on resourcing, SoWs, onboarding, and quality gates.
• Support hiring, upskilling, and mentorship within the India delivery team.
• Contribute to process improvement - standardising playbooks, tools, and reports.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in delivery management, project management, or scrum leadership.
• Experience building and shipping digital products or MVPs for startups or tech clients.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
• Strong client communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Hands-on familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Slack, GitHub, CI/CD, and agile project tools.
• Based in India, comfortable working overlapping hours with PST.

Nice-to-Haves

• Exposure to AI/ML, SaaS, or mobile app development.
• Experience working in a startup or early-stage consulting environment.
• Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or PMP certification.
• Understanding of basic financial delivery metrics (utilisation, burn rate, margins).
