What Youll Tackle:
As a Manufacturing Engineer, your core focus will be on optimizing and scaling production through lean practices and strategic innovation. You'll work closely with teams across operations, R&D, and quality to drive process improvements and support new initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Streamline manufacturing processes using lean engineering tools and principles

Champion quality and efficiency through ongoing continuous improvement projects

Provide hands-on support for high-volume production systems

Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and introduce new technologies into manufacturing

Write and execute validation protocols for new or upgraded production equipment

Support justification and planning for new capital investments

Play a lead role in establishing new production sites and expanding greenfield operations
What You Bring to the Table:

A degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline

Working knowledge of lean methodologies and process optimization
-
Experience supporting or managing large-scale, high-volume production
-
Past involvement in greenfield site development is a big plus

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to collaborate effectively across departments

Familiarity with tools such as SOLIDWORKS, Minitab, or equivalent platforms

Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or CAPM are beneficial
