Part-Time Recruiter (1099 – Commission Only)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a part-time, independent contractor (1099) basis. This role is commission-only and ideal for a self-motivated recruiting professional who wants flexibility, autonomy, and uncapped earning potential.

The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing qualified candidates for professional-level roles. Youll manage your own workflow while leveraging our tools, brand, and support to close placements and earn commissions.

What Youll Do

  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for open roles across assigned industries or functions

  • Conduct candidate outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone, and other sourcing channels

  • Present qualified candidates to clients and manage candidate relationships through the hiring process

  • Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders

  • Negotiate offers and support placement close-out

  • Maintain accurate candidate and activity records within the ATS/CRM

Compensation Structure

  • Commission-only compensation (no base pay)

  • Paid per successful placement

  • Uncapped earning potential

  • Commission percentage and payment terms defined by independent contractor agreement

Work Arrangement

  • Part-time, flexible schedule

  • Remote / work-from-anywhere

  • Independent contractor (1099) status — responsible for own taxes and benefits

What Were Looking For

  • Prior recruiting or staffing experience (agency or in-house)

  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills

  • Ability to manage a full recruitment lifecycle independently

  • Comfortable working on commission-only compensation

  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
