Job Description:
*Job Title: Sales Account Manager

*Working hours: 9:00 Am - 5:00 Pm
*Experience and skills:
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the training industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage clients effectively.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and deliver results.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client interactions and sales activities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
*Job duties description
Achieve sales targets and objectives through proactive account management and new client acquisition.
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential new clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with client needs and market demands.
Monitor account health and satisfaction, addressing any issues in a timely and effective manner.
Language: (ARABIC / ENGLISH) / Very Good
